The present application for cancellation of bail has been preferred in respect of order dated 28.04.2020 passed by the Division Bench of this Hon’ble Court. Learned advocate for the State submits that there was suppression of material facts when the subsequent bail application was preferred. Having regard to the fact that the order for bail was granted on 28.04.2020 which reflects that almost six years ago, at this stage, there being no materials regarding the post bail conduct which assumes importance, I am not inclined to interfere with the order of bail at this belated stage. Report submitted by the State reflects that three witnesses have been examined and date has been fixed for further evidence. There is no reflection in the report that there has been interference at the behest of the accused persons. As such, at this belated stage, there is no interference in respect of the liberty which has been granted. 2 Accordingly, CRM 4376 of 2020 along with CRAN 1 of 2020 (Old No.CRAN 2543 of 2020 is dismissed. Report submitted by the State be kept with the record. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
