4. Petitioners seek to command the respondents to grant them the benefit of ACP by counting the services rendered by petitioners before grant-in-aid.
5. It is submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that the writ petition is covered by judgment and order dated 27.03.2017 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in WPSS No.1955 of 2015 and batch, copy of which is annexed along with the writ petition.
6. Learned State Counsel does not dispute the fact that the matter is squarely covered by the aforesaid judgment. He further submits that the Special Appeal before the Division Bench as well as the Special Leave Petition filed before the Apex Court by the State has been dismissed.
7. In this view of the matter, the writ petition is allowed. The writ petition filed by the petitioner shall abide by the judgment and order dated 27.03.2017 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in WPSS No.1955 of 2018 and batch of writ petitions. The respondents are directed to grant the benefit of ACP to petitioner by counting the previous service rendered by him before institution is brought under grant-in-aid.
