The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Satgawan P.S. Case No. 77 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109(1), 303(2), 74, 79, 332 (c), 351(2), 352, 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3/4 of Prevention of Witch (Daain) Practice Act, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Koderma. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case between the parties and petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. She further submits that similar allegation has been made in the earlier cases. She then submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. She next submits that in the similar circumstance, several other co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No. 6895 of 2025 by this court. [2026:JHHC:11236] -2- 4. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State and learned counsel appearing for the informant have jointly opposed the prayer and submit that the allegation of making assault is there. 5. Looking into the contents of the FIR, it transpires that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and main allegation is there against Suraj Kumar and Mithlesh Kumar Yadav and petitioners have got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 12 of the petition and further in the similar circumstance, several other co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail in the aforementioned A.B.A. by this court, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, above named. 6. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of their surrender / arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Koderma, in connection with Satgawan P.S.
