Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs. “10.1 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus setting aside the impugned order dated 2 / 2 12.06.2025 (Annexure P/3), in the interest of justice. 10.2 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus setting aside the impugned order dated 25.09.2025 (Annexure P/6). 10.3 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue working as Lecturer (Chemistry) at Government Higher Secondary School, Kanya Parisar, Ambikapur, District Surguja (C.G.). 10.4 Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem and proper in the present circumstances of the case.” 2. Against the impugned order dated 12.06.2025 (Annexure-P/3), petitioner has earlier filed writ petition, bearing WPS No. 5594 of 2025 which came to be dismissed on merits vide order dated 09.07.2025. 3. In the aforementioned facts of the case, the second petition challenging the same order is not maintainable. 4. After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to avail the other remedy available under law. 5.
