Considering the submissions made and on perusal of the records, this Court is of the considered opinion that the petitioner has filed these modification petitions prematurely, without approaching the concerned jurisdictional Court for the relief sought. 4. Accordingly, these Criminal Original Petitions seeking modification of the conditions are dismissed.
