The instant Review Application has been filed seeking review of the order dated 07.08.2026, passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 229 of 2026. 3. The matter concerns the award of award of supply contract, which was challenged by the respondent No. 1, herein. This Court by order dated 01.08.2026, on hearing the writ petitioner and the official respondents had disposed of the matter by allowing the writ petition. The Review petitioner though served notice, however was not present. 4. Today, Mr. S. Choudhury, learned counsel on behalf of the Review petitioner has submitted that circumstances beyond the control of the Review Applicant that is a landslide, prevented the Review petitioner from presenting his case, on the date when the matter was heard and disposed of. The learned counsel has drawn the attention of this Court also to Annexure – 2 of the Review Petition, which he submits is of vital importance i.e. the factum of an FIR being filed against the respondent No. 1 (Writ Petitioner). 5. However, while hearing the Review Applicant, this Court has queried as to whether any new or relevant materials have been brought on record in the Review Application, which could be considered, to warrant any review of the order dated 07.08.2026. On this query, the learned counsel for the Review Applicant has expressed that he is not in a position to do so. 6. Accordingly, as no ground for Review has been made out, the same is dismissed.
