Having taken note of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the fact that resolution of dispute has to be made by an independent Arbitrator, Shri. R.M. Vaidya, retired District Judge, is hereby appointed as the Arbitrator to resolve the dispute between the parties to this Petition. 4.
