Mr. C.S. Rawat, learned counsel for petitioner. 2. Mr. Lalit Sharma, learned Dy.S.G. for Union of India-respondent nos.1 and 3. 3. Heard. 4. The petitioner has sought quashing of order dated 04.04.2026 passed by Recruitment Cell of All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Rishikesh (respondent no.3) with other ancillary reliefs. 4. The relief sought by the petitioner squarely falls for consideration by the Central Administrative Tribunal created under the Administrative Tribunal Act, 1985. Moreover, the provisions of sub-section (3) of Section 14 of the said Act are applicable on the respondent autonomous body-AIIMS Rishikesh by virtue of Notification dated 22nd June, 2017 issued by the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions. 5. The present petition is accordingly, dismissed, as the petitioner has an alternative efficacious remedy. However, it would be open to the petitioner to approach the concerned Central Administrative Tribunal seeking redressal of his grievance(s). 6.
