The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the inaction of Respondents in reinstating the Petitioner into service as Junior Lecturer in Respondent No.4-School and College and to declare the same as illegal and arbitrary. 2. At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for Petitioner submits the issue involved in this case is squarely covered by the Common Order dated 29.01.2026 passed by this Court in W.P.No.4913 of 2024 and batch and requested to dispose of this Writ Petition in terms of the said order extending similar benefit to the Petitioner herein. The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents does not dispute said fact. 3. In the light of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the Common Order dated 29.01.2026 passed by this Court in W.P.No.4913 of 2024 and batch and the Petitioner is entitled to be continued in service till attaining the age of 62 years. 4.
