Petitioner has challenged the order dated 17.04.2026 passed by the District Project Officer, Samagra Shiksha, Tehri Garhwal (respondent no.4) whereby respondent no.5-Smt. Saroj Bala Semwal has been posted as Warden in Kasturba Gandhi Girls Hostel Aampata, Block Narendra Nagar, District Tehri Garhwal. 4. The order is challenged by petitioner on the ground that respondent no.5 had no experience of Warden whereas petitioner has experience of 10 years as Warden. However, learned Counsel for the petitioner has confined his argument to the relief that the respondents be directed to decide the representation dated 06.05.2026 (Annexure No.7) submitted by petitioner to respondent no.4. 5. Since the prayer made is innocuous in nature, therefore, there is no opposition from the side of the State if such an order is passed by the Court for directing the respondent no.4 to decide the said representation within a stipulated period. 6. Accordingly, instant writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent no.4 to decide the representation dated 06.05.2026 (Annexure No.7 to the writ petition) within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of a certified of this order, strictly in accordance with law by passing a reasoned and speaking order and keeping in consideration the challenge made by petitioner in the representation. 7.
