Mr. Samavesh Bhanj Deo, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that altogether five petitioners are before this Court in this contempt case and with respect to three petitioners, the order has been complied with. So far as it relates to remaining two petitioners, the order has not yet been given effect to. 3. Mr. Suresh Kumar, learned SC (L&C)-II appearing for the concerned opposite party-State has submitted that the order has been acted upon so far as it relates to the remaining two petitioners, namely, Sri Diwakar Jha and Sri Dilip Kumar Thakur by making payment of the differential amount in pursuance of the order passed by this Court and to substantiate his argument, he has placed for perusal the letter being Letter No. 1166 dated 21.04.2026 by serving the copy of the same to the learned counsel for the petitioners. 4. This Court, considering the fact that the order, which is the subject matter of the present contempt case, has been acted upon with respect to the remaining two petitioners, namely, Sri Diwakar Jha and Sri Dilip Kumar Thakur as would be evident from the letter dated 21.04.2026, as such, is of the view that the present contempt case is to be closed. 5. Accordingly, the present contempt is closed and disposed of. 6. Pending interlocutory application(s), if any, also stands disposed of. 7.
