2. Pursuant to the directions of this Court, the learned Mediator conducted the mediation proceedings and submitted a report stating that the dispute has been amicably settled. 3. In view of the Mediator's report, the Criminal Revision Case is liable to be disposed of in terms of the compromise arrived at before the learned Mediator. An amount of Rs.14,00,000/- (Rupees Fourteen Lakhs only), covered by Demand Draft No.385133, dated 28.07.2026, drawn on the State Bank of India, Nellimarla, is tendered to Respondent No.2 towards full and final settlement. The Petitioner and Respondent No.2 have agreed to the terms and conditions of the mediation settlement and have undertaken to abide by the same. 4. In view of the settlement, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of as compromised. Consequently, the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 11.12.2023 passed by the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Bobbili, in C.C.No.501 of 2020, as confirmed by the judgment dated 25.09.2024 passed by the learned Special Judge for Trial of Offences against Women-cum-V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vizianagaram, in Criminal Appeal No.1 of 2024, are hereby set aside. As a result, the Petitioner is acquitted of the charge. The Petitioner and Respondent No.2 are at liberty to file the necessary compliance report before the Registrar (Judicial). The fine amount of Rs.2,000/-, if already paid, shall be refunded to the Petitioner in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs. 3
