1. By way of this application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with FIR No. 37/2026, dated 12.01.2026, under Sections 376/506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012, lodged at P.S. Ranhola.
2. I am informed that this is the second application filed by the petitioner herein before this Court in connection with the same FIR. The This is a digitally signed order. BAIL APPLN. 1242/2026 first application [BAIL APPLN. 602/2026] was withdrawn by the petitioner on 10.02.2026.
3. It is the contention of Mr. Kshitiz Ahuja, learned counsel for the petitioner, that new facts have since come to light, on the basis of which the petitioner has approached this Court afresh, to seek anticipatory bail.
4. After some hearing, Mr. Ahuja seeks permission to withdraw this petition, without prejudice to the rights and remedies available to him in law.
5. The petition is therefore dismissed as withdrawn, in terms of the above submissions.
6. It is made clear that this Court has not made any observations on the merits of any future application that the petitioner may file before the Sessions Court.
