The instant criminal misc. petition has been preferred challenging the validity of FIR No.266/2017 registered with Police Station Chirawa, District Jhunjhunu for the offences under Sections 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC. 2. At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor apprised this Court, on the basis of factual report dated 14.07.2025 furnished by the Station House Officer, Police Station, Chirawa, Jhunjhunu, that after investigation, the allegations were found to be false and accordingly, final report negative has been submitted before the Court of Judicial Magistrate, Chirawa on 13.10.2018. Hence, under the changed circumstances, no cause of action survives with the [2026:RJ-JP:13157] (2 of 2) [CRLMP-4810/2017] petitioner to continue with this petition and the same has become infructuous. 3. Considering the above factual aspect of the matter, the instant criminal misc. petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
