The present applicant is facing a trial for the offence punishable under section 138 of N.I. Act and on the date fixed he could not appear before the Trial Court and now non-bailable warrant has been issued. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that on the next date fixed the applicant shall ensure his presence before the Trial Court. 5. In such view of the matter, since the applicant is giving an undertaking to ensure his presence on the next date fixed, the instant petition is disposed of finally with the direction to the applicant to put his appearance on the next date fixed before the Trial Court. 6.
