This application, under Order 1 Rule 10(2) of the CPC, is preferred by the applicant for striking out the name of the opposite party No. 2, New India Assurance Company Limited, as per order, passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, dated 01.12.2025. 3. Ms. Chanda, learned counsel for the applicant, submits that in view of the order, passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, dated 01.12.2025, in MAC Appeal 795/2018, the name of the opposite party No. 2 is required to be struck off from the array of the respondents in MAC Appeal No. 795/2018. 4. The learned counsel for the opposite parties submit that they have no objection. 5.
