Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been serving in District Sirmour since November, 2019. 2. In light of the fact that the petitioner has already completed her normal tenure at the present place of posting, this petition is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner shall approach the Authority for redressal of her grievance by way of representation within one week from today and appropriate order shall be passed thereupon within two weeks as from the date of receipt thereof, sympathetically, after giving an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner.
