The present appeal has been filed assailing an interim order passed by the learned Single Judge dated 17.02.2026, whereby the learned Single Judge had directed that establishment of retail outlet in furtherance of NOC shall remain subject to final outcome of the petition. 2. The petitioners are aggrieved of the granting of NOC in the residential area. However, we find that the petitioners have no residence in the area and the fuel station being established would not in any manner affect him, as there is no construction on the adjacent land. Moreover, we find that the rights of the petitioners have been adequately protected by the learned Single Judge. 3. No interference is warranted in the order dated 17.02.2026 passed by the learned Single Judge. The present Special Appeal (Writ) is accordingly dismissed.
