DATE : SEPTEMBER 02, 2026 PER COURT : 1) Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file fresh application for parole after surrendering himself. 2) Learned A.P.P. submits that the petitioner may first surrender and, thereafter, if he makes an application for further parole, the same would be considered and decided on its own merits, preferably before 10.09.2026. 3) In view of the above, the present petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh application for parole after his surrender.
