This is an application for substitution of the applicant in place of the writ petitioner who died on 01-06-2026. 2. The applicant’s deceased husband had approached this Court seeking regularisation of his services and for payment of all consequential terminal and service benefits. However, during the pendency of the writ petition, the husband (writ petitioner) died on 01-06-2026, leaving behind the applicant as legal heir to succeed her deceased husband. Copy of the Death Certificate 2026:MLHC:964 3 and also the Adhaar Card showing the name of applicant as the wife is annexed. 3. Mrs. T.Yangi B, learned AAG assisted by Ms. Z.E.Nongkynrih, learned GA for the respondents No. 1-7 has no objection to the substitution. 4. In this view of the matter, the substitution is allowed and the name of the applicant namely, Smt. Niswari Hajong shall be entered in the cause title in place of Shri. Lakshinder Hajong. 5.
