The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1. This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to Issue an appropriate writ, order or Digitally signed by AMIT PATEL 2 direction directing the respondent authorities to consider the candidature of the petitioner for appointment to the post of Mining Mate pursuant to Advertisement No. 12240214 dated 20.12.2024 in accordance with law; 10.2 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondents to decide the representations submitted by the petitioner in a time-bound manner; and in the alternative, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction permitting the petitioner to submit a fresh representation along with all supporting documents and further directing the respondents to consider and decide the same in accordance with law within a time-bound manner; 10.3 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue any other writ, order or direction which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case; 2. Learned counsel for the respondents raises an objection regarding maintainability of this writ petition on the ground that an advertisement has been issued by National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO) from the office at Nayapalli Bhubaneswar-751013, Odisha and the appointment is to be made for Angul and Damanjodi and therefore, the writ petition would not be maintainable. 3. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file 3 appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum. 4.
