1. The petitioner has filed the present writ application against the show cause notice issued by the respondent authorities on the ground that the petitioner has not complied with the terms and conditions of the letter of acceptance by transferring the ownership as well as the PESO license of the vehicle.
2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that on receipt of the show cause notice dated 23rd February, 2026 the petitioner has submitted reply by disclosing all the documents but the authorities have not considered the same.
3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that though the authorities have issued the show cause notice and the petitioner has submitted the show cause reply disclosing the documents, the respondents will take appropriate decision in accordance with law.

In view of the above the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 2 and 3 to consider the reply filed by the petitioner alongwith the documents with regard to the change of ownership and the PESO license and to pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
5. W.P.A. 8083 of 2026 is disposed of.
6. Urgent Photostat Certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all necessary formalities.
