3. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has put to challenge order dated 30.04.2026 passed by respondent no.1 (Annexure No.2) whereby petitioner, posted as Manager (Deposit & Admin.) has been transferred from Ramnagar Branch of the Bank to Coimbatore Zone on Admin grounds.
4. A Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 29.05.2026, sought directions from the respondent-Bank as to why petitioner has been transferred to such a long distant place by the impugned order.
5. Today, on instructions, which have been supplied to this Court and placed on record, it is submitted that the competent authority in the Bank has decided to retain the petitioner-Hemant Kumar Tamta in Dehradun Zone up to 31.03.2027, and therefore, petitioner will not be disturbed till then from Branch Ram Nagar (present place of posting).
6. In such view of the matter, nothing survives in the present writ petition to be decided. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the instructions received and produced before this Court.
