No.24 of 2025 on the file of the Hon’ble District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate court, Thirukkalukundram and O.S.No.856 of 2025 on the file of the Hon’ble Principal District Judge of Chengalpattu.” 2. It is seen that the petitioner has already approached the District Munsif- cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Thirukkalukundram, in O.S. No. 24 of 2025, seeking the relief of permanent injunction restraining the defendants 7 to 9 from providing Electricity connection to the 6th defendant’s house, which is constructed in the suit schedule property and for the very same relief, the present Writ Petition has been filed. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 4223 of 2026 __________ Page4 of 5 3. It is informed by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents 2 to 4 that the electricity service connection has been provided to the 5th respondent’ house yesterday. 4. Considering the fact that the petitioner has filed a civil suit for the very same relief and the electricity service connection has already been provided to the 5th respondent’ house, nothing survives for further consideration in the present Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
