Since there is no appearance on behalf of the School Service Commission, Mr. Sunit Kumar Roy, learned Advocate who usually appear for the Commission is requested to assist the Court in this matter. 3. The concerned respondent is requested to regularize the appointment of Mr. Roy along with his associate Ms. Susmita Mondal, learned Advocate. 4. However, there is no appearance on behalf of the School Authorities. 5. The petitioner's application for transfer on the spouse’s medical ground is pending consideration before the West Bengal Central School Service Commission. 6. The instant writ-petition stands disposed of by directing the Secretary of the West Bengal Central School Service Commission to take necessary steps to dispose of the application for P a g e | 2 transfer made by the petitioner in accordance with law at the earliest but by 31.05.2026. 7. If required, further health checkup of the spouse of the petitioner may be conducted by the Commission, in accordance with law. 8. The fate of the petitioner's application shall be made known to the petitioner immediately thereafter. 9. If the application of the petitioner is allowed, then necessary consequential steps shall be taken without any further delay. 10. The writ petition stands disposed of. 11. All parties shall act on the basis of a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 12.
