Learned counsel appearing for both the parties are in complete agreement that the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, while considering similar controversy has disposed of S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.15665/2025 (Satyapal Saini & Ors. Vs. The State of Rajasthan & Ors.) vide order dated 13.10.2025. Both
[2026:RJ-JP:13132] (2 of 2) [CW-16118/2017] the learned counsels requested that this writ petition be also decided in similar manner.
2. In view of the consensus arrived at between learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is also disposed of with the similar directions as granted by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in order dated 13.10.2025 passed in the case of Satyapal Saini (supra).
3. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case.
4. Pending application(s), if any, also stand(s) disposed of.
