SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA Order 06/03/2026 1. The present arbitration application has been filed under Section 11(5) read with Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter 'the Act of 1996') for appointment of Sole Arbitrator to resolve the dispute between the parties. 2. Both the learned counsel for the parties, on instructions from their clients, have agreed to appoint Hon'ble Mr. Justice Banwari Lal Sharma, (Former Judge Rajasthan High Court), R/o Plot No. 49 & 50, Theme Colony, 4-D Campus, 80Ft Road. Road No. 1 Murlipura Jaipur-302039 as Sole Arbitrator to resolve the dispute between the parties. 3. Accordingly, with the consent of the parties, this Court directs appointment of Hon'ble Mr. Justice Banwari Lal Sharma, (Former Judge Rajasthan High Court), R/o Plot No. 49 & 50, [2026:RJ-JP:9794] (2 of 2) [ARBAP-79/2022] Theme Colony, 4-D Campus, 80Ft Road. Road No. 1 Murlipura Jaipur-302039 to act as Sole Arbitrator and to decide all issues without prejudice to the rights and contentions raised in the present application. The arbitration fees shall be determined in accordance with the Fourth Schedule of the Act of 1996, as amended. The fee of the Arbitrator will be equally borne by both the parties. The place of arbitration shall be at Jaipur. 4. The Arbitrator is requested to complete the proceedings as per time limit specified under Section 29A of the Act of 1996. 5.
