On submitting such application, the Revenue Divisional Officer is directed to examine the same and pass appropriate orders for payment of compensation. For non-compliance of the said order, the present Contempt Case has been filed. 2. Learned counsel for respondent furnished proceedings dated 03.07.2026, wherein it indicates that the respondent has conducted an enquiry and passed an order rejecting the claim of the petitioners. 3. As the respondent has complied with the order of this Court, nothing remains in the contempt case to adjudicate further. 4. Accordingly, the present Contempt Case is closed. However, if the petitioners are aggrieved, they are so advised to challenge the proceedings dated 03.07.2026, passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, before the appropriate forum. There shall be no order as to costs.
