Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file the petition of appropriate proceeding. 2. Liberty granted. However, it is made clear and this court is not gone into the merit of the case and no expression shall tantamount to merit of the case. 3. The revisional court is directed to conduct the proceeding expeditiously in accordance with law without granting any unnecessary adjournment.
