They are being represented by Mr. Ratnesh Kumar, learned SC(L&C)-I. 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that he intends to file compliance report, which is ready. 3. The same is taken on record. 4. It is clarified that since LPA is pending, the compliance as per Annexure-A to the show-cause is subject to final outcome of LPA. 5. However, it is made clear that the consequential benefit i.e. monetary benefit be extended to the petitioner as early as possible preferably within a period of four weeks. 2026:JHHC:11197 2 6. Accordingly, the instant contempt application stands disposed of. 7. The personal appearance of the officials present is dispensed with.
