Learned counsel for the respondent no.2 would submit that the present application under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. emanates out of an order dated 20.07.2023, passed by the Sessions Judge, Nainital in Criminal Revision No. 22 of 2023, Smt. Kamla Mehra Vs. State and Another. 5. Learned counsel for the respondent no.2 would further submits that since the Criminal Revision No. 22 of 2023 has already been dismissed vide order dated 01.10.2024, hence, the present Criminal Misc. Application filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. has become infructuous. The order dated 01.10.2024 has been placed on record alongwith the counter affidavit of the respondent no.2. 6. In view of the judgment and order dated 01.10.2024, passed in Criminal Revision No. 22 of 2023, the present Criminal Misc.
