MC No. 725/2026 to the effect that the rights of the Son namely Prasun Gupta who is major may not be affected in future; b) Record that all present and future rights and claims of the Son namely Prasun Gupta who is major stood fully and finally settled pursuant to the MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING dated 03.05.2025 and” 2. In view of the submissions made before this Court and the averments made in the application, the prayers made in the application are allowed and the order dated 29.01.2026 is modified to the extent that it shall also reads as the rights of the son namely Prasun Gupta, who is major, may not be affected in future and his future rights and claims stood fully and finally This is a digitally signed order.
