Learned State Counsel has supplied the instruction/report before this Court today. The same is taken on record. 7. Pursuant to the order dated 27.05.2026 and 04.06.2026, a meeting was held in the office of the Director, Higher Education on 01.06.2026 between Director and representatives of the complainant, representatives of Management of the Institute and other aggrieved persons. 8. After perusing the contents and audio and documentary evidence, which was given by the complainants, the Director, Higher Education, have recommended that it would be appropriate that the whole investigation be done by the S.I.T., who have expertise in dealing with all such cases. 9. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 10. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that though the respondents have given an undertaking that they have deleted the messages and videos, which they have uploaded against the petitioners and his family members in the social media, but, they are still in circulation. 11. State is hereby directed to look into it and shall ensure that all the derogatory comments, which are there in the social media against the petitioners and his family members be deleted immediately. 12. As has been recommended by the Director, Higher Education, Senior Superintendant of Police concerned is hereby directed to constitute a S.I.T. and look into the complaint in relation to the allegations raised by the complainant, who were earlier engaged in the teaching job in Swami Vivekanand College of Education, Matlabpur, Roorkee. S.I.T. should invite complaints from all the aggrieved persons. The whole inquiry should be conducted within a period of six months from the date of constitution of the S.I.T. 13.
