Rajendarn (R3) ORDER This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order of the 2nd respondent in his letter in Na.Ka.04/2017/A dated 16.02.2018 directing the petitioner to forward the information sought by the 3rd respondent and to quash the same holding that the petitioner Milk Producer Co Operative Society registered under the Tamilnadu Co Operative Societies Act will not fall within the definition of Public authority as defined under section 2(h) of the RTI Act. 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.Tamilvendan has produced the information that had been sought for by the 3rd respondent.
