The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with MGM P.S. Case No. 205 of 2024, registered for the offence under Sections 317(4), 287, and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 7 of Essential Commodities Act, pending in the court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the driver of another tanker and allegations are made of black marketing of LPG cylinder. He next submits that several similarly situated co-accused have already been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. Nos. 709 and 4824 of 2025. 4. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that illegally the LPG cylinders were being sold. 5. Considering that in identical situation, several co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail in the aforementioned A.B.As, in that view of the matter, the petitioner, named above, is directed to surrender before the learned Court within [ 2026:JHHC:11105] -2- two weeks from today and the learned Court shall release the petitioner on such terms and conditions or the sureties as the learned Court may deem fit and proper.
