Mr. Hariom Rai, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner who is holding post of Assistant Teacher (LB) has been transferred from Primary School Bhagwatpur, Block Shankergarh to Primary School Rehada, Block Shankergarh assigning reason mutual, but no application was moved by the petitioner for mutual transfer. He would contend that interim order was passed in favour of the petitioner on 21.09.2022 and the petitioner is still working at Primary School Bhagwatpur. He would pray to allow this petition as no application was moved for mutual transfer. 3. On the other hand, Mr. Abhishek Singh, learned Panel Lawyer appearing for the State/respondents would oppose. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 5. Taking into consideration the fact that no application was moved by the petitioner for transfer of his services, the impugned transfer order dated 10/09/2022 pertaining to the petitioner is hereby quashed. 6.
