Mr. Virender Singh Kanwar, Advocate, vice Mr. Raman Prashar, Advocate, for respondent No.1. This Court vide its order dated 23.03.2026 disposed of the present petition observing as follows: “4. On instructions, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file the details of assets before the learned Executing Court within a period of four weeks from today. Learned Executing Court is directed to proceed in the matter, in the event of furnishing details of the assets. However, it is made clear that in case the details of assets are not furnished by the petitioner, then the order dated 24.09.2025 shall be restored.” By means of the present applications, the applicant has sought an extension of time to comply with the order dated 23.03.2026, on the ground that the applicant is suffering from heart disease and was therefore unable to comply with the order of the Court. The applicant has also tendered an unconditional apology to this Court. These applications are duly supported by an affidavit. Learned counsel for the non-applicant has no objection in case the time granted to the present applicant is extended for further period of 15 days from today. Consequently, the order dated 23.03.2026 is extended for further period of 15 days from today, positively, failing which the benefit of the present order shall not be given to the applicant.
