The petitioner claims that the petitioner temple is legally entitled for a patta for the subject property. The petitioner had given a representation dated 25.08.2025 with the respondents for the said purpose. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner’s representation dated 25.08.2025 seeking for transfer of patta in the name of the petitioner temple, after hearing the objections if any from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party whom the first respondent deems fit to enquire, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
