After arguing at length Mrs. Amarpreet Kaur Chawla seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition preferred under 528 of BNSS 2023 in order to pursue the bail application which is pending for consideration before the trial court. 4. The other side has not raised any such objection. 5. In such view of the matter, the instant petition preferred under 528 of BNSS 2023 is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to pursue the pending bail application. The applicant is free to take all plea including long incarceration as well as the plea of over extended period after 06.06.2026 and simultaneously the trial court is also directed to expedite the pending bail application as expeditiously as possible.
