Following this observation, the learned counsel for the petitioner now seeks liberty for the petitioner to approach the civil court seeking for the relief as prayed for in this writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court bundle. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the civil court. However, it is made clear that the civil court shall decide the matter uninfluenced by any of the observations made by the second respondent in the impugned order. No Costs.
