JUSTICE A. GUNESHWAR SHARMA ORDER 30.07.2026 [1] Heard Ms. Th. Babita, learned counsel along with Ms. B. Nandita, learned counsel for the applicants. [2] By the present application, the writ petitioners pray for correction of typographical mistake in ‘para 2’ of the order dated 17.07.2026 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 486 of 2026. It is submitted that in the ‘4th line of para 2’ of the order dated 17.07.2026, in place of ‘Assistant Engineers’ it is recorded as ‘Junior Engineers’ and in place of ‘one-time promotion’ it is written as ‘one-time regularization’ and by correcting the same, nature of the order will not be changed. [3] Mr. Th. Vashum, learned GA for the State respondents submits that this Court may pass appropriate in the nature of the innocuous prayer made by the applicants. [4] This Court perused the materials on record. Replacing the words ‘Junior Engineers’ by ‘Assistant Engineers’ and ‘regularization’ by ‘promotion’, the nature of the order will not be changed. Accordingly, MC(WP(C)) No. 568 of 2026 is allowed and disposed of.
