JUSTICE SUNITHA GANDHAM CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1543 OF 2015 ORDER: No representation on either side. 2. On the last adjournment i.e. 02.07.2025, this Court directed the Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Ananthapuramu to secure presence of both the parties namely Smt. S. Ruksana W/o. Mohammad Shakeer and Sri S. Mohammad Shakeer, S/o. S. Mohammad Shafi to record their statements and submit brief report. Accordingly, the Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Ananthapuramu submitted a report dated 05.08.2025 stating that as per the statements of both the parties, they have settled the matter before the National Lok Adalat on 12.11.2016 and do not know about this case. Learned Secretary also appended Award dated 12.11.2016 in D.V.C.No.25 of 2013, Talaq Settlement Deed dated 10.11.2016 and Certificate of Talaknama (Divorce) dated 11.11.2016. Further, statement of both the parties are also appended to the said letter and as seen from the letter of the learned Secretary coupled with all documents, both the parties settled their issues, respondent No.2 had already given talaq and they have been living separately and she does not know about the pendency of this case. Therefore, this Court came to conclusion that matrimonial disputes between both the parties are already settled before the National Lok Adalat vide Award dated 12.11.2016 and as such, this case has become infructuous. 3.
