Raghu Babu, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent No.3/AP Samagra Shiksha. 2. This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to pay a sum of Rs.19,09,258/- which is due to the petitioner on account of the works executed i.e., ‘Providing Additional Infrastructure to DNR ZPGHS Podalakur, vide Agreement No. -- /2020-21 dated 24-07-2020’. 3. When the matter has been taken up for consideration today, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Nos.3/AP Samagra Shiksha has placed before the Court a copy of instructions received by him in the case. A perusal of the same would reflect that the amount payable to the petitioner is Rs.17,67,762/- (Rupees Seventeen Lakhs Sixty Seven Thousand Seven Hundred and Sixty Two only) towards the net amount due. The said amount has already been sanctioned and the Fund Transfer Order (FTO) has been generated for making payment. However, the payment is pending at the State Treasury Office. 4. Having regard to the above, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, directing the respondents to release the 4 amounts that are due to the petitioner within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of the order. 5. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
