This is an Interlocutory application seeking substitution of name of Sri Swapneel Paul, I.A.S., Deputy Commissioner, Kamrup (M), Lichubagan, Hengrabari, Guwahati-781036, Kamrup (M), Assam in place of Sri Sumit Sattawan, I.A.S. as the contemnor in the connected Contempt petition being Cont. Cas(C) No. 392/2025. 3. On perusal of the pleadings as well as the materials available on record, we are of the opinion that aforenoted incumbent is required to be substituted in place of Sri Sumit Sattawan, I.A.S. as the contemnor in the connected contempt petition for its proper adjudication. 4. The applicant shall furnish a fresh memo of parties before the Registry within a period of 10 (ten) days. Thereafter, Registry shall do the needful. 5.
