It is submitted that charge sheet has already been filed in the case. 3. Allegations in the instant case pertain to smuggling of beef and possession of suspected stolen cattle. The petitioner No. 2, namely, Amirjahan Ali was granted pre-arrest bail. 4. Having regard to the fact that the investigation is over, the interim pre- arrest bail in respect of petitioner No. 2, namely, Amirjahan Ali dated 19.02.2026 is hereby made absolute. As far as petitioner No. 1, namely, Bulu Ali is concerned, he may appear before the learned Trial Court and apply for regular bail which shall be considered and disposed of as per law. 5.
