1. By way of filing this criminal misc. petition, a challenge has been led to the impugned FIR No.0395/2020 registered with Police Station Mundawar, District Bhiwadi for the offences punishable under Sections 376-D, 120-B and 366 IPC.
2. No one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner.
3. At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.2 i.e. victim submits that during pendency of this criminal misc. petition, a habeas corpus petition was filed by the father of respondent No.2 bearing No.185/2020, wherein the victim expressed her desire to accompany the petitioner, but thereafter her marriage has been solemnised with third person other than the petitioner. Learned counsel submits that a final report negative has been submitted in the instant matter, hence, under the

4. Considering the above, this criminal misc. petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Stay application as well as all pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
5. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to submit an application for revival of this petition, in case, any grievance/cause of action still survives.
