The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the land belongs to this petitioner and the rent was being collected from the mother of this petitioner. He submits that after the death of mother of this petitioner, the petitioner applied for mutation but the respondents have kept the matter pending and not passed any order. It is his contention that suffice it would be if a direction is given to respondent no.4-Circle Officer, Namkum, Ranchi to dispose of the application of the petitioner after passing a reasoned order. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that if the application of the petitioner is still pending an appropriate order will be passed in accordance with law. 2026:JHHC:11528 2 4. Considering the submission of the parties, I direct the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 4-Circle Officer, Namkum, Ranchi along with the copy of this order within four weeks from today, who will consider the case of the petitioner and pass a reasoned order within eight weeks thereafter. 5. If the claim of the petitioner is rejected for any reasons whatsoever the reasons should be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter. 6.
