After arguing sometime, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application, however, he would submit that despite direction to the learned trial Court to expedite the trial of the case, the trial of the case is not in considerable progress and the witnesses are not turning up, even the police witnesses are not turning up, therefore, the learned trial Court may be directed to conclude the trial as early as possible. From perusal of the order sheet, it transpires that on various dates either the summons issued to the witnesses have not been returned served or unserved and no report was submitted of its status, even the police witnesses to whom the summons have been issued, they are not turning up for recording of the evidence. In the present case, the applicant is in jail since 15.07.2024 and only 07 witnesses have been examined till date out of total 17 witnesses. It further transpires that vide order dated 16.07.2025 passed by this Court in MCRC No. 5558/2025, while rejecting the bail application of the co-accused Ajay, Bopache, this Court has directed the learned trial Court to expedite the trial, however, it appears that there is not considerable progress in trial. 4. Accordingly, the learned trial Court is directed to make sincere efforts to get the trial expedited and decide the same as early as possible. 5. The Superintendent of Police is also directed to take all necessary measures to serve the summons to the witnesses and produce them on the date for which they would be called for recording of their evidence, including the police witnesses. 6.
