The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bero P.S. Case No. 111/2025, registered under sections 303(2), 317(2) of BNS and also under Rule 4/21 Mines and Minerals Development and Regulation Act, and under Rule 4/54 of Jharkhand Minor Minerals Concession Rule, 2004, Rule 7/11 of Jharkhand Minerals (Prevention of Illegal Mining) Transportation and Storage Rule, 2017 and Rule 7/11, pending in the Court of learned J.M, Ist Class, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is owner-cum-driver of Turbo Truck and allegations are made of loading the sand on the said vehicle. She next submits that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 9 of the petition. On these grounds, she submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegations are there of illegally carrying sand. 5. Considering that petitioner is owner-cum-driver of Turbo Truck and he has got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 9 of the petition and in that view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within two weeks from today and the learned court ( 2026:JHHC:11053 ) shall release the petitioner on terms and conditions and sureties as learned court deems fit and proper. 6.
