Act, against the respondents in S.T.C.No.1503 of 2024. The Trial Court had issued a Non-Bailable Warrant against the accused on 11.09.2024 and so far, the warrant had not been executed. Hence, the petitioner filed the above petition, seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to execute the Non- Bailable Warrant. 2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents, submitted that the accused was arrested by the Musiri Police pursuant to the Non-Bailable Warrant issued by the Trial Court and he was produced before the Trial Court on 16.03.2026.
